Our role on this project was to manage the Architectural process and to provide move management services for this group's relocation from Waltham, MA to downtown Boston. The space is a 37,500 sf. sub-lease from Fidelity and there was no TI allowance. We worked closely with the client, the Architect and the Contractor to keep the project costs as reasonable as possible.
Two new speculative office buildings on one site at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, MA were done with Margulies Perruzzi Architects. I was responsible for the interior. This rendering was done by Kitty Li.
This renovation of two existing buildings in Watertown, MA was done with Margulies Perruzzi Architects. The associated architect was Byron Bell of NYC. We were responsible for the interior renovation of both buildings.After meeting with the client we developed a scheme which created an interior 'streetscape system' to encourage interaction among the employees.
